We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (see Shipping Information page for full details). Ouvra isn’t responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns/refunds accepted under certain conditions: products must be unused and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

All Site content (images, logos, text, designs) is owned or licensed by Ouvra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without permission.
9. Prohibited Activities
